2021 Australian Franchisee Survey

This survey has been commissioned by the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) to gain a better understanding of the composition of the Australian franchise sector and the role franchised businesses are playing in their local communities. 

The information you provide will be used to support the ongoing submissions of the FCA to maximise support to the Australian franchise sector.

Individual responses are strictly confidential.

Responses will be confidentially collected and stored by FRANdata Australia Pty Ltd. They will only be reported in an aggregated format and individual repsonses will not be shared with either your franchise system or the FCA. 

FRANdata has been tracking franchise data and performance since 1989.
