If your home or business has been affected by severe weather, only return to them if it’s safe to do so.

Take extra care when returning. Stay out of any evacuated areas until you’re allowed to return, and follow the instructions from Civil Defence and other authorities. Once you return to your property, if there’s any damage that needs to be claimed for, please contact us.

Tell us if your house is unliveable. If your house has been damaged and is unhabitable, let us know immediately. We’ll make your claim a priority and do what we can to secure your property.

Take photographs and notes. Make a list of everything that’s damaged to ensure your claim gets processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
