Considering adding a resale strategy to your event? Here’s why you should 🎫 Calendar clashes are the most common cause for fans to sell their ticket (based on the data we collected from ~1000 fans in the UK & Ireland). It also reflects the behaviours of the wide variety of buyer personas we’ve established from this study. Those who bought extra tickets for friends, those who purchased tickets despite uncertainty about their availability and not wanting to miss out, were both represented. Interestingly, even amid a cost of living crisis, flexibility is the most valuable resource and money alone rarely drives event-goers to give up tickets. Last Wednesday, we hosted a drinks + discussion session with Bolster Group centred around our latest consumer insights report, 'Big Ticket Items' 🎫 Kicked off by Oliver Hall and moderated by Paige X.
