To participate with The Huddle, we ask that you respect other participants, the staff and volunteers, the facilities and equipment, and the rules or procedures of the activity which you are undertaking.
You have the right:
- To learn, play, train or participate in a safe environment;
- To be treated with respect;
- To receive appropriate support;
- To be welcomed and supported by The Huddle staff and volunteers;
- To approach The Huddle staff with any issues that you may have.
In turn, your responsibilites are to:
- Treat others with respect, be friendly and welcoming;
- Take care of the program resources, equipment and facilities;
- Observe the rules for each Huddle space you are in;
- Return equipment and furniture to the place it belongs;
- Inform staff when you arrive, and if you need to leave the program for any reason.
Any code of conduct violation will be treated with seriousness and care. Breaches of this code may result in you being asked to leave or be excluded from programs.
