Job Description

Our Trade Planning Assistant role is part of our Trade team, a central hub in coordinating our promotions. Working closely with our experienced Trade Planner and wider with our Merchandise, Category Management & Marketing Teams, the trading team coordinates our daily trade schedule and ensures promotions are set and ready with all the details needed to go live to our customers. 

You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Promotion planning - Ensuring our trade schedule is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Promotion building - Ensure promotional briefs are ready with all detail for marketing teams
  • Coordinating with Buyers, Category Managers, & Marketing Team
  • Assisting with promotional plans
  • Additional administration and systems support
  • Support of customer-based Events

Qualifications

This role is a great opportunity to work with and learn from a diverse team of retail and eCommerce experts! Curious in nature, you’re an active problem-solver with a real drive to learn and find solutions. 

Key strengths in organisation, prioritisation and time management will see you work efficiently to juggle priorities, manage workload and deliver to strict deadlines with ease! You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
