CALD2LEAD was founded in 2019 with a vision to make an impact for women from Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities. The core of our efforts is to work with CALD communities and fund emerging and existing women leaders into highcalibre leadership development programs via scholarships.

This application is for a scholarship to Leadership Victoria's Women's Leadership Program in November 2023. This program - designed for experienced, mid to senior female leaders looking to develop a diverse and supportive network - provides an opportunity for participants to pause and experiment, to be curious and to replenish their body and mind over a three-day residential immersive.

The program brings together a group of purposeful women to work through complex leadership challenges and to build the confidence and strategies required to influence change.

To apply for this scholarship, you must be a woman from a CALD / multicultural background, have some experience as a leader in terms of managing or leading others, and have the capacity to attend a three-day residential program in the Yarra Valley (Victoria) on the 15, 16, and 17 November 2023.

All scholarship applications will be reviewed by a selection panel, with shortlisted applicants invited to an interview, after which a recipient will be awarded the scholarship.

Applications are now open and will close midnight Sunday 24 September 2023 AEDT. 

Shortlisted applicants will be notified by early October 2023, with a final decision made soon after.
