14 October Referendum Sizzle & Stall signup sheet

TPS is hosting a polling booth for the Referendum on Saturday 14 October 2023, 8am-6pm, next to the front entrance on Canterbury Rd.

We'll will be running a sausage sizzle to raise funds (and provide a community service - you can't vote without a democracy sausage!!). If you can turn a sausage or help in other ways, please sign up below. It's a great opportunity to *ketchup* with other parents, the community, and of course help fundraise for our wonderful school.

We will be serving egg & bacon rolls until sold out and sausages for the rest of the day. If there is anything else you feel you can contribute or have any questions, please contact:

Once signed up, just turn up at your allocated time. We won't be sending a follow up, so if you're no longer able to assist please let David know ASAP to avoid leaving the team without a role. Together we can make it grill-iant!

Update 5/10: Unfortunately we are unable to run a cake stall, but would love your assistance instead for the BBQ.

• cook = on the BBQ
• bread = loading up the sausages / rolls
• cashier = serving / taking payment
• floater = general assistance
