Description
Dr Sandy Heldsinger will explain the research undertaken to develop the assessment and will describe the assessment and show the calibrated exemplars. The session will include information about how the assessment may fit within a school teaching and assessment program and align with delivery of the English curriculum (including any proposed changes to the P-10 curriculum), as well as providing an opportunity to collect evidence of reading and writing.
Outcome
Teachers will gain an understanding of the new Brightpath Response to literature assessment and judge whether it might be useful in their classrooms.
