  • Please bring current photo identification (ID) so we can verify your identity (e.g. ANU student card, passport or driver's licence).
  • We need to verify your identity so we can provide you with advice specific to your student record and circumstances. 
  • If you attend without valid ID we cannot provide copies of academic records (e.g. official Academic Transcript, AHEGS or letter), issue or extend expiry on your ANU student card.

  • You must contact us using your ANU email account for privacy and security purposes. 
  • This ensures we can verify your identity so we can provide you with advice specific to your student record and circumstances. 
  • Staff and students must use their ANU email account for official University communications, in accordance with the ANU email and auxiliary accounts procedure (see point 4 under the 'Procedure' heading)  
  • To help us respond to your enquiry as soon as possible, we ask that you don't send multiple or duplicate emails for the same request.
