- Please bring current photo identification (ID) so we can verify your identity (e.g. ANU student card, passport or driver's licence).
- We need to verify your identity so we can provide you with advice specific to your student record and circumstances.
- If you attend without valid ID we cannot provide copies of academic records (e.g. official Academic Transcript, AHEGS or letter), issue or extend expiry on your ANU student card.

- You must contact us using your ANU email account for privacy and security purposes.
- This ensures we can verify your identity so we can provide you with advice specific to your student record and circumstances.
- Staff and students must use their ANU email account for official University communications, in accordance with the ANU email and auxiliary accounts procedure (see point 4 under the 'Procedure' heading)
- To help us respond to your enquiry as soon as possible, we ask that you don't send multiple or duplicate emails for the same request.

- Any amendments or actions on your student record need to be provided in writing (by email). Some requests, such as change of name or purchasing an official Academic Transcript or Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) have a specific application form you'll need to submit.
About Student Central
ANU Student Central is the central contact for student administration, advice and support services:
- Course enrolment and Timetable support including adding, swapping and dropping courses, and managing class allocations using MyTimetable.
- Help with course fees, Student Services and Amenities fees, invoices, payments and HELP deferrals
- Navigating University processes, support for eForms and difficulties with student administration systems.
- Finding the correct team or service at ANU to contact, navigating the ANU website and campus.
We provide the following services:
- New and replacement student cards and extending expiry of existing cards.
- Issuing Academic Transcripts and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS).
- Processing requests to Change or correcting the name, title, date of birth or gender on your official student record or provide Consent to the Disclosure of Information to a third party.
- Preparing custom letters, e.g. study break (employment), fee letters, sponsor letters.
