Please note that under the Meeting Procedures Local Law 2020, individual deputations are limited to 10 minutes in length unless extended by the agreement of Council.

Requests for Deputation must be submitted by 12pm (midday) on the day of the meeting.

Please advise if you wish to make a deputation for the meeting in person, to be held in the Council Chamber. If you do not wish to attend in person, you can submit your deputation in writing
