You will most probably need to apply for a building permit if you intend to erect a single garage on your property. Most garden sheds are usually OK to install without permission or permits, but it’s always best to double-check with your local council just to be on the safe side. You don’t want to cop a fine or be told that your unapproved design has to be disassembled and removed.
Our single garages are available with a height at the highest point of the gable roof standing at 3 metres and the shortest at 2.4 metres. Lengths also vary with our shortest available at 6 metres and our longest 12 metres.
