Frequently asked questions
After 5pm parking is free. If you do arrive prior to 5pm please select the 2 hour free parking ticket from the parking machine in the car park. The parking machine will require your license plate number.
Children under the age of 2 are free for this Event.
No, this Event is a family alcohol free event. The venue is not licensed for alcohol consumption.
While the Ashdale P&C will try to cater for everyone, due to the high volume of attendees we will only have a limited selection of Pizzas (QKR!) available.
Most definitely you are welcome to bring your own food that night. Ashdale parents are encouraged to bring something baked for our bake sale and purchase soft drinks that night in order to raise funds.
Pizzas will be delivered by Domino's at 6pm. We hope to process all orders as quickly as possible and can be collected near the entrance. Please have your order ready to be crossed off.
Unfortunately Pizza orders have to close on Tuesday the 19th of March via QKR! No orders can be made after that. However, you can still purchase ticket unless sold prior.
Unfortunately no, we are unable to accommodate special orders for this event.
We will have a cake sale on that night, unfortunately due to the nature of being home baked we are unable to ensure items are nut free, gluten free. If you have allergies or special dietary requirements please please consider catering yourself.
We kindly ask you to print your tickets as well as your Pizza order (QKR!) to secure a smooth process by our volunteers that night.
If you are unable to attend, you can request a refund up to one day prior to the event through Eventbrite. Please note Eventbrite fees will need to be covered by you.
