National Reconciliation Week takes place between 27 May – 3 June and is an important time for all Australians to learn and reflect on our shared histories, cultures and achievements, exploring how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.
The CASS National Reconciliation Week event will feature School of Music alumni Will Kepa, a proud Torres Strait Islander who has recently launched the Yil Lull Studio in the School of Music. The studio is home to free recording and music assistance to Indigenous musicians from across Australia and is the home of the recently established intensive music residency led by Will Kepa.
We hope that you can join us for afternoon tea as Will provides a musical performance and a chance to have a look at the new studio.
Catering will be provided so please email Courtney.hope@anu.edu.au with any specific dietary requirements.
RSVP via the Eventbrite link by COB Tuesday 24 May 2022.
