About this event

With audiences in the millions, media is a great way to get your research and expertise out to the wider world.

The Media and Communications team work closely with ANU academics every day, connecting them with journalists and generating media coverage about their work and their ideas.

As part of our comprehensive media engagement program, the team runs regular, free media skills workshops for ANU academics and postgraduate research students.

These sessions cover how the media works, what journalists want from you and the benefits of engaging with the media.

The workshops also provide practical interview scenarios for radio and TV in the ANU media studio, and detail how the Media and Communications can support you to ensure effective media engagement.
