The Primary Health Network Hunter New England and Central Coast (the PHN) is partnering with Momentum Business Improvement Specialists, to deliver small group, in-person Business Skills Workshops specifically designed for allied health practices within our region. The PHN is committed to providing continuous professional development to support practices to improve efficiencies in delivering allied health care in the community. Attendees will earn up to 7 CPD hours, certificates of attendance will be provided.

Who: Allied Health Professionals, Practice Owners, and Practice Managers with an interest in learning business skills (Allied Health only, maximum two per practice)
When: Thursday 23rd March 2023
Where: The Inverell Club, Corner of Evans Street & Campbell Street, Inverell
Time: Full day workshop from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Cost: The PHN has subsidised the workshops to enable this high value opportunity at a cost of $20 per person to attendees. Morning tea and lunch provided.

• A one-page “Vision Map” which gives you clarity for the next 5 years.
• A one-page Business Improvement Plan, that lays out strategies to save time and increase profit.
