About this event

At this event, you will hear from presenters from across RMIT who will be sharing ideas and insights on student employability that will be relevant to all. You will get information on initiatives in student employability and have the opportunity to ask questions. This event will be held online.

Hear from presenters speaking on aspects of student employability, including supports available at RMIT and program case studies. Presenters include:

  • Lisa Williams - Careers Success - supporting Indigenous students and students from low socio-economic backgrounds
  • Francesca Gullaci - the Bridge of Hope - Innocence initiative, GUSS
  • Varinder Sohi - Learning and teaching at the Point Cook Flight School
  • Leoni Russell - Work-integrated learning and career development learning
  • Nigel Atkinson - Student Mentoring

The Student Employability Showcase is a collaboration between the Work Integrated Learning and Learning & Teaching Communities of Practice, and Career Development & Learning. The event is designed to provide you with the opportunity to come together to discuss topics of strategic relevance, and to deepen your knowledge and expertise around learning, teaching and WIL.
