The inaugural Statewide GP Gathering for our Victorian ACCO GPs will provide you with opportunity to come together with your ACCO peers for the very first time.
The two day /two night workshop is fully funded and will cover your education, accommodation and meals from Friday dinner 27 May to Sunday lunch 29 May. ** See exclusions below.
Should you wish to bring family members, they will be warmly welcomed to join the cultural events and join the group for meals. An additional subsidy for meals of $150 per person per day will be required. You will be asked to pay this at the event. Children price will be confirmed.

Clinical education
4- 6 hours of structured, interactive education specifically tailored to Victorian ACCO GPs. Topics will be finalized in 1-2 weeks. VACCHO will seek accreditation from RACGP and ACRRM for the program. Topics will include:
1. Clinical topics to be confirmed in 1-2 weeks2. Clinical governance and the ACCO GPs role3. Workshop on ACCO GP terms and conditions 4. GP Wellbeing in the ACCO setting
** Exclusions:
Please note that VACCHO's funding will not cover the following costs .
• Alcoholic beverages or other incidental costs.
• Travel to/from Echuca/Moama. VACCHO will seek support from RWAV to coordinate GP access to grants to cover travel costs.
• Meals for GP guests or family members – additional cost will apply of around $150 per day per family members to cover meal costs. Children's meal costs to be confirmed. These costs will be payable at the event.
• Room upgrades – Most room types will accommodate 2 people. VACCHO will book 10 x two bedroom apartments for GPs who wish to bring their families. Should these fill or GPs require additional rooms, the difference in cost will need to be covered by the GP.
