WE Explore Engineering Day is the flagship annual event of the year hosted by The University of Queensland (UQ) Women in Engineering (WE) team. Explore Day showcases the diverse engineering opportunities at UQ through hands on workshops, interactive presentations, and tours of the engineering precinct including the state-of-the-art makerspace facility, UQ Innovate and the new Andrew N. Liveris Building, home of Chemical Engineering.
What does the day involve?
Students can select two hands on workshops of their own choosing to participate in on the day, while connecting and engaging with our friendly student leader team and faculty staff. A light morning tea snack on arrival and lunch will be provided. Get in quick as individual workshop capacity is limited!

Important information
• Students will need to individually register for this event and select two workshops of their choosing. If you are part of a school group, the school representative can register on behalf of all students attending however the WE team will still require individual names of attendees and which workshops they are attending.
• Please note each workshop has a max capacity, and registrations for individual workshops in each session will close once this number is reached.
• Registration closes 31 March 2023, end of Term 1. Please register before the closing date.
