Billing cases

  • Available data includes total Billing case numbers; a comparison of Billing case numbers against overall case numbers; a breakdown of Billing sub-issues and Billing complaint numbers by fuel type.

Credit cases

Overall

  • The first tab below provides data specific to Credit cases received by EWOV.
  • Available data includes total Credit case numbers; a comparison of Credit case numbers against overall case numbers; a breakdown of Credit sub-issues and Credit complaint numbers by fuel type.

Credit, disconnection and restriction cases

  • The second tab below provides data specific to Credit related disconnecton and restriction cases received by EWOV. The data is broken down by industry (i.e. electricity, gas and water).
  • Note that the dark pink bars represent Actual disconnections/restriction cases, while the light pink bars represent Imminent disconnections/restriction cases.
  • The third tab below provides data specific to Wrongful Disconnection Payment (WDP) assessments conducted by EWOV.
  • The first graph in this tab shows a breakdown of outcomes achieved through WDP assessments, and the second graph provides a breakdown of WDP assessments by fuel type (i.e. electricity and gas).

Solar cases

  • The bar graph below provides data relevant to solar related cases received by EWOV. The dark orange colour illustrates solar cases received by us that were within our jurisdiction, while the light orange colour shows solar cases received by us that were out of our jurisdiction.
  • The figures below the bar graph show a comparison of overall solar cases received by us compared to the previous quarter, and compared to the same time last year.

Other cases

  • The graphs below provide data specific to 'Other' cases received by EWOV, which relate to issues not covered in detail by the data sets above. Use the 'Select Issue' tool to slect the issue you're interested in.
  • Available data includes total issue case numbers; a comparison of issue case numbers against overall case numbers; a breakdown of issue sub-issues and issue complaint numbers by fuel type.

Electricity
