• Here you can find case data relating specifically to individual Scheme Participants (SPs). Use the 'Select Member' dropdown tool to select the SP you're looking for.
• The second graph provides a high level breakdown of prominent issues in case data relevant to your selected SP.

Overall

• The first tab below provides data specific to Credit cases received by EWOV.
• Available data includes total Credit case numbers; a comparison of Credit case numbers against overall case numbers; a breakdown of Credit sub-issues and Credit complaint numbers by fuel type.

Credit, disconnection and restriction cases

• The second tab below provides data specific to Credit related disconnecton and restriction cases received by EWOV. The data is broken down by industry (i.e. electricity, gas and water).
• Note that the dark pink bars represent Actual disconnections/restriction cases, while the light pink bars represent Imminent disconnections/restriction cases.

• The third tab below provides data specific to Wrongful Disconnection Payment (WDP) assessments conducted by EWOV.
• The first graph in this tab shows a breakdown of outcomes achieved through WDP assessments, and the second graph provides a breakdown of WDP assessments by fuel type (i.e. electricity and gas).

• The bar graph below provides data relevant to solar related cases received by EWOV. The dark orange colour illustrates solar cases received by us that were within our jurisdiction, while the light orange colour shows solar cases received by us that were out of our jurisdiction.
• The figures below the bar graph show a comparison of overall solar cases received by us compared to the previous quarter, and compared to the same time last year.

• The first tab below provides data on all electricity cases received by EWOV, including total electricity cases and a comparison of electricity case numbers compared to last quarter, and compared to the same time last year.
• The bar graph provides a detailed breakdown of electricity cases by issue.

Gas

• The second tab below provides data on all gas cases received by EWOV, including total gas cases and a comparison of gas case numbers compared to last quarter, and compared to the same time last year.
• The bar graph provides a detailed breakdown of gas cases by issue.

Water

• The third tab below provides data on all water cases received by EWOV, including total water cases and a comparison of water case numbers compared to last quarter, and compared to the same time last year.
