Group Activity Registration

The forest is a big place. Each year we host thousands of visitors, provide camping and accommodation experiences, and support hundreds of community events and activities.

If you are planning an organised group activity, we encourage you to register details of your planned activities with our Ranger team via the form below.

Examples of group activities include Scout or school groups who are camping and using forest trails or orienteering courses, sled dog clubs, and childcare, kindergarten and schools conducting excursions and day trips. Commercial operators who have a Commercial User Agreement should also use this form to notify our team of your next visit.

This will take just a few minutes to complete, but is very helpful should we need to make contact or provide assistance during your visit.
