McDougall Family Fundraiser

With a heavy heart, we farewell one of Macquarie University Hospital’s (MUH) Porters, Vincent McDougall (Vinny) after his sudden passing.

 

Vincent commenced at MUH in November 2019 as a Porter and Patient Transport Officer.

 

He was a well-respected, hardworking young man, sincere and loyal. Vincent was efficient and diligent with a strong sense of work ethic.

He was well-loved throughout the hospital and the entire MQ Health community.

 

Vincent leaves behind his wife and soul mate, Ciara and 3 children, a 7 year old boy and daughters 5 and 10 months.

 

From his team: Manager; “Vinny worked with passion, integrity, and energy. With his death, people who knew him will miss a highly energetic, vibrant individual with great friendliness and charm of personality. Vinny was a genuinely warm and wonderful individual—one we will miss greatly.”

 

MUH is arranging a cake stall and BBQ fundraiser on Wednesday 13th April 2022, with all proceeds and other funds raised to go to Vincent’s wife Ciara and their children.
