Registration is Closed

Registration fees for 2022 have been kept the same as 2019 fees. Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Day registration fees include:

  • Access to all sessions on the nominated day of attendance (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Morning and afternoon teas and lunch for that day
  • Gala reception ticket

Gala Reception

Luna Park

A ticket to the Gala reception is included for all registered delegates. During the registration process you will be asked if you would like to bring a guest with you to the dinner. A limited number of additional complimentary tickets may become available for guests (one per delegate, allocated in order of date registered), subject to availability. Once any complimentary guest tickets have been distributed, tickets will be available for purchase at $190 per person.

On Monday 31 October all delegates who have selected that they would like to bring a guest to the dinner will be sent confirmation as to whether they have been allocated a complimentary guest ticket or if they will need to purchase one.

Attendance at the Gala reception includes food, drinks and access to rides and sideshow alley games.

Registration Confirmation

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please first check your spam folder and then contact Expert Events.

Payment

All payments must be in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment may be made by:

  • Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice. Please forward remittance advice to: ismrtanz@expertevents.com.au.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the meeting secretariat.

  • Registration cancellations received by 5pm on Friday 16 September 2022 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD110.
  • Registration cancellations received after 5pm on Friday 16 September 2022 but prior to 5pm on Friday 7 October 2022, will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid and 100% of any function tickets paid.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm on Friday 7 October 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the meeting secretariat is advised in writing.
