Digital Gift Cards 
 
To send a Karrinyup Digital Gift Card instantly to the inbox of your recipient, simply click the Buy Now button above and follow the below steps:

Step 1: Input the recipient’s details.
Step 2: Nominate a time to schedule the gift card or send it instantly. 
Step 3: Karrinyup Digital Gift Card Gift Card will be sent via email or SMS and stored in the recipients digital wallet.

Physical Gift Card

Karrinyup Gift Cards are also available to purchase in-centre at the following locations:

• Concierge - located on the Ground Floor near Pandora, or Level One near Sheridan.
• The Customer Lounge - located on Level B1. Access from the Centre is via the travelator or stairs located near Valley Girl. 
• Valet - located on Level B2, access from the Centre is via the travellators or lifts in The Fresh Market, opposite Chatime.

Please note that a $2.95 activation fee applies upon issue of each Karrinyup Gift Card.

Yes! You can enter a personal message to your digital or printed gift card to give it that extra special touch. 

• Upon receiving a Digital Karrinyup Gift Card you will receive an SMS notification. 
• Click on the link within the SMS and accept the Terms & Conditions.  
• Once you have accepted the Terms & Conditions you will be taken directly to view your Digital Gift Card.  
• Add your Gift Card to your Apple Wallet by clicking the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button.  
• You will then receive a verification code – once verified you are ready to use your Gift Card!   
• Simply take your Karrinyup Digital Gift Card to any Karrinyup store where Digital Wallet payment is accepted.

• To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold iPhone near the reader. 
• For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID. 

Yes, there are several secure payment safety systems and gateways which have been employed to keep your data safe including fraud detection.  

1. Take your Karrinyup Gift Card to any Karrinyup store where EFTPOS is available. 
2. Simply swipe the Karrinyup Gift Card, select ‘Savings’ on the EFTPOS terminal.
3. Enter the PIN number on the back of the Gift Card and press OK.

Any Karrinyup Gift Card that is damaged or faulty at time of issue will be replaced at no extra cost. Please visit Concierge or call 1300 764 721 for assistance.

Digital Gift Cards 
Using the same SMS link that was sent to you when you received your Digital Gift Card, download the GPT Gift Card App to help you check and manage your Gift Card balance.  
Alternatively, you can find your digital gift card balance at Waivpay. 
 
Printed Gift Cards 
To find out your card balance go to Waivpay and click on check balance, or call Customer Care on 1300 764 721.

The Karrinyup Gift Card can be used in centre at any participating retailer who has EFTPOS or accepts payment via a Digital Wallet at any of the following shopping centres throughout Australia.

• The Karrinyup Gift Card should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
• The Karrinyup Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise or services at all Karrinyup stores, where EFTPOS is available.
• The Karrinyup Gift Card may be purchased in various denominations from $5 to $1,000 via the kiosk or $5 to $250 online.
• Administration Fees; Until 30 September 2022 a $2.50 fee applies upon the issuance of each Karrinyup Gift Card using card payments. From 1 October 2022 a $2.95 fee applies upon the issuance of each Karrinyup Gift Card using card payments.
• The Karrinyup Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for the payment of credit or retailer accounts, nor used at ATM’s to withdraw cash.
• Individual Karrinyup retailers are not required to accept the Karrinyup Gift Card for any purchase under the value of $10.
• Karrinyup Gift Cards issued from 1 November 2018 onwards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, and must be redeemed before the date of expiry.
• The Karrinyup Gift Card will be void and cannot be redeemed after the date of expiry. Once expired, the Karrinyup Gift Card cannot be reloaded.
• The Karrinyup Gift Card is partially redeemable. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value before the date of expiry. Cash change will not be given for any unused balance.
• Any unused balance on expiry of the Karrinyup Gift Card will not be refunded or credited.
• Where the cost of any purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
• The cardholder is liable for all transactions on the gift card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Karrinyup, The GPT Group or any of our employees.
• You can check your card balance at any time by calling 1300 764 721 or visiting waivpay.com and clicking on check balance.
• Karrinyup and The GPT Group reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on the Karrinyup website, or at the Concierge Desks, Customer Lounge, or Valet locations.
• Call 1300 764 721 or visit the Concierge if you have any reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your Karrinyup Gift Card.
