    Aliro Group is excited to share a construction update on the Somerville Road project in Tottenham (VIC) on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Vehicle (AGIV).   The 73,470sqm Stage 2 of the project consists of a 51,230sqm ambient warehouse split into 4 tenancies, and a 22,240sqm freezer capable of being split into 2 tenancies.   Our delivery partner Texco Construction has made significant progress onsite with in-ground civil works nearing completion and structural steel and pre-cast concrete panels well underway across the ambient warehouse. Both warehouses are targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 Rating with Practical Completion forecast in Q2 2025 for the ambient warehouse and Q4 2025 for the freezer.   The site is strategically located 12km West of the Melbourne CBD with unparalleled access to Port Melbourne and the broader Melbourne arterial road network.     Aliro Group is thrilled to share an update on the development of Ellison Estate in Geebung (QLD), on behalf of the Aliro Group Industrial Value Fund (AGIVF). Construction of the 34,800sqm 18-tenancy estate is well underway with our Head Contractor FDC Construction & Fitout and Project Manager Project Strategy.   We are pleased to announce that c. 20% of the estate is under-offer, showcasing the strong demand for prime logistics space in Brisbane's North.     On Friday the 15th of March, 14 members of the Aliro Group team attended the Property Industry Foundation’s 25th annual Sydney Charity Regatta. The event raises vital funds for homeless youth.   Aboard United Resource Management, the team was excited to have participated in the race under the guidance of Marcus Ashley-Jones and his crew. More importantly, we were proud to have played a role in an event that raised over $300,000! These funds will significantly contribute to providing more nights of safety and support for the 45,000 children and young people currently grappling with homelessness.   A big thank you to the Property Industry Foundation for hosting, principal sponsor Colliers, advertising partner oOh!
