We recently visited our consultant, Isabel Worley, ahead of the British Data Awards next week, where she's been nominated for the Rising Star Award. Keep up the good work! 👏 “I studied in Computer Science but ended up graduating with a Bachelor’s in Military Science from the Colombian Military Academy. After retiring as a Captain, I went back to technology, co-founding a startup. After multiple bootcamps I ended up working as a Software Consultant. At FDM I was upskilled in Java and OOP which has significantly enhanced my work performance. In my role as a Lead Cross Product Quality Engineer, my work revolves primarily around Java. I train, lead, and implement all the quality tasks that are assigned to the teams. We are currently in a talent transformation phase where all the projects are aligning to proper guidelines and best practices.
