Today is International Women's Day! NIHI is proud of all the women who contribute their passion, skills and knowledge to our organisation. With this years theme of Inspire Inclusion, we asked a few of our women their thoughts which you can read below.

Achieving good mental health for all our rangatahi is a collaborative effort. We are honoured that Hato Hone St John Community Education uses SPARX as part of their training for youth wellbeing! The Whātuia te Waiora | Weaving Wellbeing course helps build confidence and resilience, including breathing and emotional regulation (which is where SPARX comes in!)   We are always looking to help other community groups across Aotearoa and beyond in their quest to help young people gain mental health awareness skills. Digital health tools are a hot topic within medical care and the possibilities for how to use them is exciting yet overwhelming. This is where robust and well-managed digital validation studies can make all the difference. We are seeking professionals who've had experience with the development and research of digital devices to participate in our research survey. > https://bit.ly/49OhlmZ This will help us understand how you manage your validation studies and if an online Clinical Trial Management System would be useful. With your help, we can discover new practices for developing digital devices and create better health outcomes for all.
