1. Apparently, luminance contrast b/w WC pan and Seat is less than the required 30%. 2. No backrest. 3. 600mm horizontal clearance on top the left handrail not provided. 4. Toilet paper dispenser does not seem to be installed in the specified zone. 5. Pan clearance from the rear wall may or may not be appropriate. 6. Overall the WC looks rather fragile for a required rated capacity of 150kg.
Plenty wrong with the above, as per comments, though with regard to tiling, I don’t think that is covered in AS1428.1-2009.😉
Plenty wrong with the install but more disappointed someone has approved it like that.
Probably easier to list the things that are correct....
