I am delighted to announce I have joined Heidrick & Struggles to lead their consulting business in Australia and New Zealand while maintaining an active presence in the Asia Pacific region. Many of our amazing Kipling Partners team have joined me, bringing our experience and expertise to further Heidrick & Struggles’ leadership consulting capability in the region. Spotted this unlikely couple while out running today. Both out of the water but they couldn't have looked more at home on the banks of the pond. It reminded me that when on unfamiliar terrain, rest to stay the distance (like the turtle) and when feeling at the mercy of external forces, reclaim your internal compass (like the Black Swan in Aboriginal Dreamtime).
