Reimagining our future
- I want to invite all of us to have a conversation about tough times in crisis and our tools that we need to navigate those waters in a healthy dynamic way that makes us stronger. Inclusion is one of the keys to reimagine where we're going and how to do it. And if I'm included in that journey, if my voice is heard, if your voice is heard, then our ownership and collaboration just gets stronger and better and fair. We need to think about how to bring diverse people into a conversation with different needs, different outcomes, blend that together in a beautiful way to come out with better opportunities for everyone. It's an imperative, especially in business. To exclude a voice means you're losing opportunity and you're not achieving the healthy culture that you all aspire to create. So why not start with inclusion, bring in the diverse voice, and create a healthier outcome for you, your company and your employees. I I'm Pat Wadors, I'm excited to begin this conversation with all of you. But first off, when you're asking me to introduce myself, I have a name and I have a title, I am chief human resource officer at ServiceNow currently, but what I am is a mother, I'm a daughter of a big family, I am dyslexic, I have a child with special needs that it gives me great blessings every day, I'm a spouse, I'm a sister, I'm a bunch of things, creative, goofy, curious, and determined to make the world a better place. And so join me on this conversation, I hope you find it useful for your journey as well.
