A simple yet sophisticated design, Lurnea Community Hub is a multi-purpose facility well-integrated within the lush grounds of Phillips Park which features a children’s play area, multi-play court, outdoor fitness equipment, walking paths and picnic facilities. The venue has a large function room that is ideal for suitable milestone events, a multipurpose room for community organisation to conduct programs, and a boardroom and meeting room for corporate seminars.

Compulsory Facility Static Guard For last 4 hours of functions that Community Facilities Management determines as a high risk event (refer to Additional Bond: High Risk Events) Fees to apply to evening bookings only Monday to Sunday.
