Located in Phillips Park, Lurnea Community Hub is a striking modern community hub ready to be a part of your next social, corporate or community event.

A simple yet sophisticated design, Lurnea Community Hub is a multi-purpose facility well-integrated within the lush grounds of Phillips Park which features a children’s play area, multi-play court, outdoor fitness equipment, walking paths and picnic facilities. The venue has a large function room that is ideal for suitable milestone events, a multipurpose room for community organisation to conduct programs, and a boardroom and meeting room for corporate seminars.

Damage Deposit Bond

Casual and permanent pays a refundable damage deposit.

Birthday functions – 15 to 40th birthdays inclusive, adult functions, weddings, engagements, hens and bucks parties, Christmas parties (before 23rd December - no facilities are open during Christmas period) receptions and any other function that Community Facilities Management determines as a high risk. Refundable bond to customer pending no breaches occurred from event.
