Admission kits

ALL applicants are to refer to the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld), the Supreme Court (Admission) Rules 2004, (Subordinate legislation; current as at 2 November 2015), and Legal Profession Regulation 2007, ALL of which are available on Queensland Government's Queensland Legislation website.

The Legal Practitioners Admissions Board accepts no responsibility for misinterpretation of the information in these kits and advises that ALL applicants MUST follow the admission requirements outlined in the Supreme Court (Admission) Rules 2004.
