The Aotearoa New Zealand Trainees’ Committee seeks the following:

1. Adult Medicine Basic trainee
2. Paediatric Basic trainee
3. Provincial Basic trainee
   
4. Māori trainee

Applications from trainees located in peripheral centres are highly encouraged, to provide a balance of member engagement and as part of the College’s commitment to member diversity.

The Aotearoa New Zealand Trainees’ Committee represents and advocates on behalf of Aotearoa New Zealand trainees at all levels of RACP governance including matters affecting selection, training, assessment, supervision, and the education experience, and recommendations on policy matters. 

The Committee leads the development of the annual Aotearoa NZ Trainees’ Day – the professional development event for RACP trainees.
