Our plenary speakers have been confirmed! A/Prof. Begona Heras (La Trobe) and Dr. Mark Larance (University of Sydney) have kindly agreed to attend and present their work at ECPM. We look forward to seeing them (and you!)
Program
Registration opens from 3pm on the 6th of July with the first plenary scheduled to begin from 5pm. Talks on the 2nd and 3rd days generally start at ~9am and conclude in the late afternoon (on the 7th) with several breaks in between. The poster session and conference dinner will be on the 7th of July. The conference will conclude at ~1pm on the 8th of July before lunch is served.
Morning and afternoon teas, lunch and dinners are included in the registration. Breakfast is not included but can be added for ~$30 when booking your accommodation at Opal Cove Resort.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available at the venue (Opal Cove Resort) and special rates are available to conference attendees. A limited number of villas have been specially reserved for conference attendees as well. To access these villas and special rates, please tell Opal Cove Resort that you are an ECPM2022 attendee when making your booking. Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking but will not be charged until you arrive. You may also cancel your booking if you cannot attend due to COVID and your credit card will not be charged; you will need to ring the venue and cancel to avoid charges.
Abstract submissions
If you are intending to submit an abstract for an oral presentation, please note that the deadline is the 11th of May 2022.
Abstracts should be emailed to The Sydney Protein Group with the following format (in a word document, rich text format or PDF):

1, 2, 3 Institutional addresses corresponding to each author in italics. Applicant’s name should be in bold typeface.
Leave a single line space before starting the body of the abstract
text which should be single spaced. Do not use font sizes less than 12
point. The preferred typeface is Times New Roman. The text of the
abstract should not exceed 250 words.
Please indicate in your email if you would like to be considered for an oral and/or poster presentation. If you are an early career researcher (<5 years post PhD), please indicate if you would like to be considered for the ComBio Award.

Payment information
There are two payment methods: direct bank transfer (no transaction fees) or credit card payment (0.6 - 2.2% surcharge).
- To pay by direct bank transfer, please choose the required direct bank transfer item under Registration Type. You will see a $0 total so registration can complete without a credit card payment. Please make a direct bank transfer of the amount payable listed in the item field to the ECPM bank account within 3 working days. Bank details for this transfer will be provided upon successful completion of registration.
- To pay by credit card or Paypal, please proceed via Register Now's online secured payment facility. The total cost of all selected items together with a surcharge of 0.6 - 2.2% (card dependent) will be shown.
You can pay for multiple registrants (including accompanying guests, please see below) by adding them before completing payment. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.

Information for participants with accompanying guests
Accompanying guests (including children) are very welcome but please add their registrations before completing payment. Registered guests will have a name badge and have access to all meals provided for conference attendees. Please provide your own email address for your guests for contact purpose.
It is also possible to use your corporate card to pay for your own registration only and then use your personal account to pay for accompanying guests. Just select credit card or direct bank transfer registration options as required.
COVID-19 related information and safety measures
To maintain social distancing requirements, the event will be limited to ~100 attendees.
All attendees will be required to isolate from the meeting if they show any COVID-19 symptoms.
If required, you may be ask to take a rapid antigen test at the time of registration.
