Exclusive Women's Wellness Event - How to be Well with Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat

Please join us to see two of the leading voices in women's health today.

Our Wellness Advisor and former General Manager, Sharon Kolkka and specialist Gwinganna presenter, Dr Karen Coates come together in this special presentation focusing on women's wellness around their recently released book, How to Be Well . The book is comprehensive collection of information, research, tools and tips to help you find your way back to optimal physical, mental and emotional health.

Sharon and Dr Karen will share their knowledge, ideas and tools in this special presentation and help you explore how to be well . They will guide you through their innovative five-pillared approach to wellness outlined in the book and help you to recognise and understand your current state of wellbeing. You will gain the insight to discern whether you’re thriving, surviving or depleted through a personal health audit that will empower you along your path to better energy, vitality and stress resilience.

You can also submit questions for Sharon and Dr Karen prior to the event!

We have a long  connection with Wildcare Australia and Currumbin Wildlife hospital . Dr Michael Pyne, Senior Vet  recently came to Gwinganna to speak at the retreat - Dr Pyne video. His session explained more about the risk of chlamydia in our koala population and the incredible work he and his team are doing to protect them, including the ground breaking vaccine research trial

Parking: Limited parking available on site. Extra parking opposite venue at Robina Town Centre.

*Bookings close Tuesday 1 November. Pre-payment required for all bookings. No payments at the door. Unfortunately children are unable to attend. Ticket refund requests may be considered up to 24 hours prior to event only.

Refunds up to 1 day before the event, Refunds will be provided for cancellations up to 24 hours before the event start date. Please contact marketing@gwinganna to advise if you are unable to make the event at least 24 hours prior to receive a full refund.
