This Call for Funding Submission (CFS) has been prepared to assist organisations in preparing and lodging submissions for the design development, and provision of an Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) residential withdrawal and rehabilitation service delivery model.

In May 2022, the Victorian Government announced it would be investing $36 million to construct a new AOD residential withdrawal and rehabilitation facility for adults in the Northern Mallee region of Victoria. The facility will comprise of 32 beds.

The Department of Health is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to respond to the requirements outlined in Stages 1 to 3 of the CFS documents. Submissions will need to include costings, staff requirements and timelines for Stages 2 and 3.
