Station Complaint Form

Before you proceed with your complaint, we believe it's important for you to understand the scope of our role and how we can assist you.

Please be aware that the CBAA acts as a representative body for community broadcasters across Australia; however, it is not an investigating authority and does not have the power to enforce actions or compel stations to undertake specific measures. Our primary role is to support our members and the wider community broadcasting sector through guidance, advocacy, and resources.

If you choose to submit a complaint about a station, we can communicate your concerns to the station on your behalf. Additionally, where appropriate, the CBAA can assist in arranging mediation between you and the station to help find a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Please proceed with providing detailed information about your complaint, keeping in mind the collaborative approach we strive to maintain within the community broadcasting sector.
