Trinity Grammar School, Kew is pleased to be offering it's Junior School Holiday Program for December 2022. The holiday program runs from Monday 12 December to Friday 16 December, from 8.50am to 5.00pm daily. Activities include Timezone, Bounce, Geelong Adventure Park, Aquarena, Gravity Zone, Funfields and visits to the movies.
Program Dates and Times:
Monday 12 December (8.50am - 5pm) - Funfields (BYO lunch)
Tuesday 13 December (8.50am - 5pm) - Aquarena, Lunch (Subway sandwiches) and Movies
Wednesday 14 December (8.50am - 5pm) Geelong Adventure Park (BYO Lunch)
Thursday 15 December (8.50am - 5pm) - Timezone, Lunch (Groove Train) and Bounce
Friday 16 December (8.50am - 5pm) - Movies, Lunch (Sophia's pizza) and Gravity Zone
Before Care operates from 8.00am – 8.50am, and After Care operates from 5.00pm – 5.30pm. Boys who are booked into After Care must be collected by 5.30pm. Bookings are essential, please note extra costs apply $15 per child for before care sessions and $10 per child for after care sessions.

Consent for Camp Trinity
I confirm that:
- I have read and understood the information about the ‘Camp Trinity’ program from Monday, 12th to Friday 16th December 2022.
- I understand that the program will be fully supervised by Trinity staff, and the school’s safety and supervision policies will be rigorously applied, but that some of the activities carry a higher level of inherent risk (e.g. water activities, bumper boats/carts, go-karts).
- I give permission for my son to participate in all Camp Trinity activities on the days nominated in my booking form.
- I have reviewed, and where necessary, updated the following information on Trinity Connect:
- any relevant medical information pertaining to my son, including:
- any specific management/action plans in place (e.g. asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes management plans);
- any medical treatment he is receiving, including any medication which needs to be administered to him; and
- any dietary requirements or restrictions; and my son’s emergency contact details and confirm that these details are correct.
- If my son is injured or becomes ill and I am unable to be contacted, I authorise the School’s staff to arrange all necessary medical assistance, including ambulance transfer, hospital accommodation and the administration of anaesthetics, if deemed necessary by a medical practitioner. I undertake to pay all fees associated with medical, hospital and/or ambulance services provided to my son. I consent to my son’s medical information being released to third parties (such as medical professionals) where such disclosure is necessary.
- I understand that outside of the program hours (8.50am – 5.00pm), supervision is provided by staff from 8.00am-8.50pm and from 5.00pm to 5.30pm only. I will ensure that my son is signed in and signed out each day at the P&F Hall.
- I understand that my son is expected to abide by the Junior School Rules whilst participating in Camp Trinity and if his behaviour is below the standards expected, he may be excluded from the program.
