Ventia, a leading essential infrastructure services provider, today announced it has signed an agreement with Kordia Group Limited to purchase Kordia Solutions Australia Pty Limited, subject to standard conditions and regulatory approvals.

Kordia Solutions Australia provides end-to-end telecommunications, communications and broadcast services throughout Australia. 

Ventia's Group CEO Dean Banks said: "Kordia's Australian business provides a range of services which are complimentary to Ventia's existing telecommunications portfolio. This acquisition further strengthens our capacity to redefine service excellence by focusing on being innovative, sustainable and client focused."

The acquisition is expected to close in 2021.
