The Innovation Centre, in partnership with Phenomics Australia, provides human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) reprogramming services. The Stem Cell Production Facility can deliver patient specific iPSC disease models to aid research from both academic and industry partners.
Make use of our expertise within the Stem Cell Production Facility, providing on-demand characterised human iPSC lines that you can then use to study your disease model.
iPSC Reprogramming Service
Our service includes:
- Reprogramming of iPSCs from patient blood/skin samples using Sendai virus.
- QC includes flow cytometry for standard pluripotency markers, morphology, mycoplasma testing, tri-lineage differentiation and karyotyping (SNP Array) on request.
- Supply of 3 best clones per line reprogrammed (3 vials each).
- Provision of a Certificate of Analysis.

Using our state-of-the-art cell phenotyping/drug screening instruments in the Cell Function and Screening Facility, we can provide services for disease cell-model development and characterising/screening of disease models and/or therapeutic compounds.
