Application Process

Before you start your application, please ensure that you have the following ready:

Baptismal Certificate
Birth Certificate: Either a scanned copy of your son's Australian Birth Certificate OR Australian Citizenship Certificate OR a copy of your son's International Passport & either a copy of his Visa or Documents to Travel
Most recent School Report
NAPLAN results
Recent Photograph
Court and/or Parent Agreements (where applicable)
Copies of any medical or learning support reports / documents
