The Grove provides a safe and fun environment where young people can hang out, spend time with friends and participate in fun activities that provide opportunities for young people to feel empowered and learn valuable life skills while building positive support systems and friendships.
The Grove staff and volunteers pride themselves on listening to young people’s voices and develop activities influenced by participants interests. Activities may include sports, arts and crafts, skill development, cooking, team building, community leadership and more.
The Grove is open on Mondays in Term 4, from 3pm to 5.30pm for young people 12 to 17 years old. Young people will sign in and out of The Grove and a contact number for a responsible adult must be provided.
