a.    TNZ will internally review each Application on a case by case basis upon receipt through the online form and, decide, in its sole and full discretion, whether or not TNZ will provide the Partner with Support, and if TNZ elects to do so, the level of Support TNZ elects to provide.

b.         Without limiting its discretion, TNZ may, in making a decision on an Application, consider circumstances such as:

i           Partner’s current, historical, and projected activity in the geography where Event Activity takes place;

ii          Partner’s historical attendance to events in the Priority Market or the Rest of the World;

iii        Partner’s reputation in the relevant market;

iv        Whether the Application is for an Event in the Priority Market or the Rest of the World;

v         Partner’s main business objective for attending the Event;

vi        Partner’s expected return of investment from attending the Event;

vii       Partner’s anticipated costs for attending the Event (including registration fees, accommodation, airfares, ground transport and any other expenses);

viii      TNZ’s benefits in providing Support to the Partner.

a         Without limiting TNZ’s sole and full discretion, the total potential Support TNZ may make available for each Event for a Partner is up to NZD$10,000 + GST for Events in the Priority Market, and up to NZD$5,000 + GST for Events in the Rest of the World.

i           The planned allocation of Support (if made available, and without limiting TNZ’s sole and full discretion to decide on the allocation of Support) is as follows:

b         In no event the total amount of Support will exceed 50% of the Partner’s documented spend of attending the event (including registration fees, accommodation, airfares, ground transport and any other expenses).

c     Within a Financial Year (01 July to 30 June), the Partner can only apply for support for one event in each of the 'Priority Markets' and one event in each of the 'Rest of the World' markets.
