'Strong evidence' of war crimes after civilian bodies found in Ukraine

There international outrage at footage from the streets of a Ukrainian city called Bucha showing the roads strewn with bodies, some of the dead shown with hands bound. Experts say it is new evidence of prosecutable war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine. But Russia's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman says the footage was "ordered" - meaning manufactured - to blame Russia.
